What is CheckCheck
How does CheckCheck authentication work?
Start a new check in the app, follow the photo guidelines, and upload your images. Two independent experts review your item and only give it a PASS if both agree it meets CheckCheck’s standards of authenticity.
How long does it take to get my result?
It depends on the turnaround you select (e.g., 15 minutes or 4 hours). If we request more photos, the timer restarts once we receive them.
Can you authenticate used items or ones without the box?
Yes. Used items are accepted as long as they’re not excessively worn. The box isn’t required for most models but may be necessary for certain ones.
Do I have to pay again if authentication isn’t completed?
No. If we can’t complete the review, your credits are automatically refunded.
